These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services accessible at https://ak365.io. ak365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where eligibility conditions are not met, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the platform determines that continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of its services.

ak365 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ak365, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Withdrawals are available to fully verified account holders only. To complete verification, players must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. ak365 aims to complete identity verification within 24 hours of submission of complete documentation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 1 business day.

ak365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns. During such checks, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal and the reason for it.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
